Your table number, the drinks you order, any special requests you add (such as allergies), and the time of your order. We don't ask for your name or contact details to place a drinks order.
Payments are processed securely by Square. Your card details are handled by Square as the payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
To take and prepare your order, take payment, serve you safely (including any allergy information you give us), and to meet our legal duties such as age verification.
The ordering page stores your current round in your browser so it isn't lost if the page reloads. It clears when you finish or close the tab. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies here.
We share order and payment data only with Square, and with others only where the law requires it. We never sell your data. Records are kept only as long as needed for our accounts and legal obligations, then deleted.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@thepourhouse.uk.

Drinks ordered through table service are prepared for immediate enjoyment. Once your order is placed and accepted it can't be cancelled, and payment is non-refundable — except in the cases below.
If we can't fulfil an item (for example it has run out), we'll refund that item. If we make a mistake with your order, let a member of the team know and we'll remake it or refund it.
All drinks are strictly 18+. We operate Challenge 25, so when we bring your order over we may ask for valid photo ID (passport, UK/EU photocard driving licence, or a PASS-marked card). If you cannot show acceptable ID when asked, we are unable to serve the alcohol and no refund can be given for that order. Please don't order if you can't show ID.
Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method through Square and can take a few days to appear. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
